Schedules/Results: Click Here
The ERL uses self-scheduling; all games must be scheduled by February 17, 2017. Games should be scheduled one game per day; accommodation may be offered in leagues with greater travel distance. Teams are encouraged to schedule play weekends at a single site with one game each day to help minimize travel. The league will help promote these events as showcase events.
All accepted teams must make themselves available for ALL Games. Game schedules will be published by the League Administrator and will not be changed within 96 hours of the start of the scheduled match. Teams must recognize that the Region I Eastern Regional League becomes their primary playing league. Teams are expected to play the published league schedule in preference to any other league competition in which they may be entered. This requirement also applies to tournaments that the team may enter. If your team is not prepared to play the published league schedule, your team should not enter the Eastern Regional League. Games associated with the National Championships Series such as the State Cup, take precedence over Eastern Regional League games.
Any team forfeiting a game will be fined $250 and will also have to pay the entire referee fee of the forfeited game. Any team forfeiting a game after April 15th (of the current season) will be fined $500 and will also have to pay the entire referee fees of the forfeited game.
Ineligibility After Forfeit
A team that captures the Boys or Girls U13 through U19 Elite Division Championship and that has forfeited a game(s) in either their State Association's National Championship State Cup Competition (either prior to or after the Eastern Regional League Competition), or in Eastern Regional League competition, CANNOT be eligible to represent the Eastern Regional League at the Region I Championship nor can the team be eligible for qualification to participate in the US Youth Soccer National League.
A team that has forfeited a league game may also be disqualified from future league participation.
